Features & Operations

Open the Calendar view, pick a date, tap Add Hours, then enter your working hours, hourly rate, and employer details before saving. You can also use the + shortcut on the Home page or the keyboard shortcut introduced in v1.4.2 to open the entry dialog instantly.

Yes. On the Timesheet Analytics page, apply the filters at the top to choose an employer, project, or date range. After applying, the summary cards and detailed list refresh with the matching totals and charts.

Yes. Navigate to Settings → Language to choose Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese (Taiwan/HK/Macau), English, and more. The interface updates immediately after you confirm your selection.

Data Management

Not automatically. MyWages is designed as a personal bookkeeping tool where everything stays on your device. Export invoices or reports regularly so you always have an external backup.

Yes. Uninstalling removes the local data store. Please export important PDFs, CSV files, or screenshots before removing the app to preserve your records.

Yes. Back up to a linked cloud account or export a backup file, then restore it from the cloud or a local file on the same or a new device whenever needed.

No. Unless you explicitly export or share information, none of your data leaves the device—everything remains stored locally for maximum privacy.

Before switching, export CSV/PDF reports or create a backup file. Store it in cloud storage or on your computer, then import it on the new device to keep your history intact.

Invoices & Reports

Open the Invoices module, choose an employer and date range, fill in tax and banking details, then confirm to generate a professional invoice PDF. You can save or share it instantly (available since v1.4.1).

Yes. Rename tax labels, bank identification names, business registration numbers, and other invoice fields so they match the accounting requirements in your region.

Yes. The PDF follows the current app language or any custom language option you pick before creating the invoice, making it easy to work across regions.

Yes. After generating the PDF you can email it directly, share it via messaging apps, or export it for your own records and follow-up.

MyWages currently supports iOS and Android with layouts optimised for both phones and tablets, so you can manage shifts anywhere.

We are evaluating cross-platform demand. Share your interest via in-app feedback so we can prioritise desktop or web support accordingly.
